These Terms govern your use of the "Duyen" dating app ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the app. Providing a false birthdate is a violation of these Terms.
2. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend accounts without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent or abusive use.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
To prevent impersonation, we may ask you to verify your identity via selfie verification or a linked social account. Some features may only be available after verification.
4. Community Guidelines
The following are prohibited:
- Fake profiles or impersonation
- Harassment, threats, or discriminatory behavior
- Content involving anyone under 18
- Commercial solicitation, spam, or scams
- Sharing another person's personal information without consent
Violations may be handled through our report/block features, and accounts engaging in serious misconduct will be suspended.
5. Fortune / Astrology Content
Features like "Quẻ Duyên" (fortune draw) and daily horoscopes are entertainment and cultural-reference content, rooted in Vietnamese and Eastern tradition. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind (relationship counseling, medical, or legal).
6. Premium Subscription & Payments
Premium plans are purchased through the App Store or Google Play and auto-renew according to the terms of the store you used. Cancellations and refunds are handled through that store's own process.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of photos and profile content you upload. You grant us a license to use this content as needed to operate the app (display, matching processing, etc.).
8. Disclaimer
The app does not guarantee any particular match outcome, relationship, or marriage. We are not responsible for interactions between users or for what happens offline. Please use caution when sharing personal information with matches.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as we add features or improve the service. We will notify you in-app of significant changes.
