Getting started
What is "Duyên Hôm Nay" (Today's Matches)?
Every day, Duyen selects at least 9-20 people who match you (more if you're on Premium). Open a profile and you'll see 1-2 AI-generated sentences explaining why you're compatible.
How does "Quẻ Duyên" (Fortune Draw) work?
You get one fortune draw per day. If it's a good result, you'll unlock exactly one extra person outside your daily matches — an unexpected connection for the day.
What is the daily horoscope for?
Each day you get a horoscope reading based on your lunar-calendar birth year. You can also share your horoscope to the community page or to other social media platforms.
Account & safety
Why do I need identity verification (KYC)?
To reduce fake profiles, we may ask you to verify via a selfie or a linked social account. Some features only unlock after you're verified.
What is the minimum age to use Duyen?
You must be 18 or older. Providing a false birthdate violates our Terms of Service.
What if I encounter inappropriate behavior?
You can report or block anyone directly from their profile or your chat with them. Our team reviews and acts on violations.
Premium & billing
What does Premium unlock?
Premium unlocks a lot more: more daily match suggestions, unlimited Gửi Duyên (chat requests), more Super Duyên and fortune draws per day, seeing who liked you, advanced search filters, playing Ghép Đôi, unlimited AI horoscope compatibility readings, priority visibility in matching, and an ad-free experience.
Where do I subscribe or cancel Premium?
Premium is purchased through the App Store or Google Play and auto-renews per that store's terms. Cancellations and refunds go through that same store.
